It's action packed, suspenseful and full of great characters, including some familiar favorites. I'm really looking forward to reading more Bear Creek Protectors stories.
This book started out so good and full of promise. The first couple of chapters hooked me right in and was seriously heart pounding and then it started to fizzle for me. I really didn't feel much of a connection between the H and h. There was a lot of pages I started to just skim as they rode from one motel to another and then marched up the mountain, played in the snow with the kids and finally marched back down the mountain. The kids ate a lot of cookies in this book. I gave it 3 stars because of the exciting beginning, but the rest of the book was just barely a 2 star for me.
human-rights, trafficking, shifters, romanticBear shifter Flint retired from the army and joined the Bear Creek Bodyguards, Jenna was sworn to serve and protect until she chose to freelance for more money to pay for her niece's expensive medical care. At first glance Flint knew that she was his very long awaited mate, but Jenna came to understand that this gruff man was not only devoted to her but the children they were protecting. The bad guys eventually get caught and these good guys get to have the life they thought had passed them by.Excellent read!
Jenna runs with two children to escape a kidnapping. She meets up with Flint. Jenna is Flint fated mate. The characters in this story is a little older couple with graying hair that has given up on family being in their life. They are strong and able to keep the children safe until their mother is back to them. The storyline was interesting and exciting to read.
This story was great! It kept you waiting for the next exciting situation. I was on the edge of my seat waiting!!! I hope the next book is soon about Guy's happy ever after. Please keep them coming!
This is another great adventure showing shifter romance and protecting humans in danger. Ongoing weaving of characters from previous stories add to the richness of the story.
To meet the right person to be with forever is always a nice story. Throw in some bad guys and life gets interesting. Happy endings all around!
There is nothing like Bear Creek. The characters are like family, you can't wait to return to find out what has happened since you last visited. This book has Heroes, Heroines, suspense and of course love. Another great read.
